Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We endeavour to process all orders within 24 working hours of receipt.

We use NZ post and orders within NZ have an expected delivery window of 3-5 business days, apart from rural deliveries.

International shipping could take up to a month or longer due to the effects that COVID is having on shipping and delivery.

Processing and shipping times do not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be ready for dispatch on Monday. Sunday orders will be processed on Monday.

If you do not receive  your parcel please contact us and we will follow up with NZ Post. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

We charge standard shipping rates, however this is on best estimate, based on expected weights. We reserve the right to advise you if shipping costs exceed the amount quoted to agree on any additional costs to be charged to you.

RETURNS

Lotions, beauty and lash products cannot be returned once opened.

If a bikini is not the right size you must advise us by email tannedpatootie@gmail.com to discuss prior to sending the item back.  Due to hygiene we cannot accept items that have been worn against the skin or that have had the hygiene covers removed.
